Senior Producer, Publishing - Unannounced Project

The Bungie Publishing Team are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to manage the publishing of bringing a new game to market. In this role, you will partner closely with new IP publishing and development teams to align on cross-team priorities with a focus on marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Producer of Publishing, the Senior Producer, New IP will establish many of the early systems, pipelines, and rituals to drive cross-team alignment and creation of content. This position is expected to collaborate with Bungie’s team of incubation leads, marketing & sales leads, and creative studios to ensure our new franchise is set up for success. The ideal candidate should be a flexible, motivated self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing factors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while staying focused on the objective and work independently to contribute to the goals of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and drive publishing process and initiatives for the next Bungie IP
- Ensure that all publishing and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on budget
- Define clear, realistic production plans, assess risks and bottlenecks, and redefining as necessary
- Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership
- Collaborate with the teams across the globe including marketing leads, production teams, and agencies to provide relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of content
- Build effective relationships and facilitate clear communication with Bungie’s publishing team, development team, and external partners
- Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of publishing and marketing initiatives
- Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring proper and timely communication to leadership

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Relevant experience in a producer, marketing manager, or project management role
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Ability to establish and foster a positive and productive relationship with external partners
- Superior organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Results oriented, determined, and composed under pressure
- Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts or miscommunications with members of internal and external teams
- Proven creative problem solver in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to collaborate with a team to find a critical path amidst ambiguity
- Extensive experience balancing multiple projects with varying deadline pressure across a variety of teams
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry and content landscape
- Experience with project management software and/or diverse project management methodologies
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience working with advertising, game publishing, video, animation, or other media production teams
Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment).
