Job Overview
1. Product Vision and Strategic Direction
- Provide high level product vision and direction for projects.
- Champion the development of new ideas within the team’s field of work.
2. Team Management
- Inspire and motivate the team to create innovative products that deliver value to our customers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to managers and developers within the team.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback and participate in staff appraisals.
3. Project and Release Management
- Be accountable for the team’s productivity and on-time delivery to customers.
- Ensure timely identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Report issues, risks and progress with mitigating strategies to project stakeholders.
- Oversee project QA activities and ensure the team maintains high quality-control standards.

What will you do?
Your responsibilities will include market research, liaising with business intelligence, establishing requirements and success metrics, building a product vision, execution strategy and roadmap for software products.
What are we looking for?
- Well developed liaison skills and a demonstrated ability to work with staff at different levels and diverse backgrounds within the organisation: including staff, senior executives, external contacts and stakeholders.
- High-level organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload in a complex and busy environment under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrable personal initiative, the ability to work under limited direction, with strong team working skills.
- Sound judgement, ability to retain confidentiality and use discretion.
- Experience working in Agile teams. Flexible approach to work.
- Great communication skills
- Background in software engineering
- Able to travel overseas.
- Passionate about games and technology.
- Shipped AAA game titles.
- Ambitious, strong networking skills, team player
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- A technical background is a benefit given the nature of the products we create.
- Experience in taking a software product from inception, through to pitching, development and into live service is a huge plus.
