About the role
New quest on the map! New Sr. Producer, Co-Development position available!
This is a critical role that involves a high level of interaction with team members, development partners, and clients.
You will focus on delivering with high quality on stakeholder expectations, while supporting development and being the client’s representative to the team.
The Quest:
- Oversee a portfolio of diverse co-development products, including mobile, console, and PC.
- Manage the product lifecycle from initial development to post-launch.
- Lead and work collaboratively with Art, Design, Development, and QA to create and iterate products.
- Own the quality of the product, making sure every deliverable is of high quality.
- Support the development team so that project goals and deliverables are achieved on time and on budget.
- Communicate constantly with client and team to keep development aligned with product vision.
- Own the product P&L and ensure a successful development with healthy profit margins.
- Propose roadmap, staffing, budget, and timeline to clients looking for a co-development partner.
- Bring transparency of all facets of the project to external and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across the team.
- Collaborate with department leads to identify and remove roadblocks and bottlenecks.
- Inspire high performers, creating a culture that motivates and retains talent required for success.
The Skills:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in game production.
- Shipped at least one game in a production role.
- Understanding of production methodologies, including Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing development teams.
- Solid understanding of software development.
- Ability to interpret stakeholder feedback and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communicator.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Collaborative and able to manage distributed teams.
- Enjoys an interactive work environment.
- Ability to effectively manage complex products and teams while meeting deadlines.
