Job Overview: As a Senior/Principal Animator at LightSpeed Studios, you will contribute significantly to our RPG action game based on the "Sword Snow Stride" IP. This role involves collaborative engagement with an international team, focusing particularly on partnerships with development units in China. Job Description: Responsible for independently or leading a team to complete high-quality animation works; Providing benchmark-level animation quality for projects; Researching and analyzing competitive products; Continuously improving action quality; Developing methodologies that can be replicated and disseminated to team members; Collaborating with animation technical artists, planners, and programmers; Improving and enhancing the animation framework logic and presentation from a multi-dimensional technical perspective. Requirements: Over 5 years of experience in 3D animation design; Involvement in full project development cycles; Preference for candidates with substantial experience in AAA game development, particularly those skilled in action project development; Mastery of animation tools such as Max or Maya; Familiarity with Unreal Engine’s Blueprint modules and relevant plugins; Proficient in applying animation principles to create fluid, precise animations that express character personality and body language; A clear understanding of the game production workflow and technical knowledge of each production stage; Well-versed in current game art styles and industry trends; Passion for the gaming industry; Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and communication skills; Enthusiasm for the gaming industry, readiness to embrace challenges, resilience under pressure; A portfolio demonstrating previous work is essential for application consideration.
