The people team at Avalanche Studios Group is a collective of multi-disciplinary HR specialists, proudly spanning all over our locations across the globe. In this role you will be reporting to our People Director,
Johannes Sundlo.
The Position
As a Senior People Partner at Avalanche Studios Group, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the productivity and engagement of our talented teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in HR strategies to meet business needs and boost employee satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Deliver strategic HR guidance and support to various game projects within the studio.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management to ensure alignment of HR and business strategies.
- Lead initiatives on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Advise on best practices for team dynamics and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Stay current with HR trends, especially those involving generative AI models and their integration into workplace strategies.
Who you are:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and employee relations.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and their impact on business outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and deliverables.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
