Job Summary:

The Senior PR Manager is assigned to the Project Teams group within the Square Enix Europe Marketing/PR organisation.

The role requires high level strategic leadership vision, skills, and experience. You will be responsible for creating the Regional PR Strategy for assigned projects, ensuring that the Territory PR plans are in line with the strategy.

Additionally, as a PR Regional Lead for assigned projects, you will be the primary point of contact with the development teams on Regional PR topics.

Ensure delivery of Regional PR strategies on time and within budget.

Requirements

Key Deliverables:

Build Regional Strategic PR plans, obtaining the approval of the plan from the SEW Head of Communications and the Project Strategy Lead. Build the plans within the approved PR templates.

Define the Regional PR objectives & communicate measurable goals for achieving them, to drive awareness & consumer engagement.

Work with the Western Strategic Lead to develop and input PR for the Western Strategy Plan.

Work with the territory PR stakeholders to ensure that the Territory market requirements are considered and included in the Regional Strategy plan. Evaluate territory PR plans, to ensure that they are aligned with Regional Strategy.

Collaborate with the other Regional PR Lead for the Americas Market in your Project Team, to get alignment on overall strategy, with regional requirements being considered.

Organise kick offs with Territory PR teams and lead these kick off meetings.

Set & manage PR budgets for your Project Assignments, in agreement with the Strategic Project Lead.

Build a detailed understanding of the products you are responsible for and be able to champion/deliver high impact presentations as required.

Work with the Territory PR teams to determine Regional & Territory PR event strategies. Support the Territory PR teams on the executions of the events, as needed.

Work with internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Ensure that all assets are created to support the Regional Strategic Plan, which includes specific territory requirements.

Manage and develop any direct reporting PR staff.

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
