Job Description :

  • Develop holistic media plan recommendations which deliver on Brand media strategies and established media principles across Gearbox Publishing portfolio
  • Lead strategy, investment and optimization of all performance digital channels (Social, Display, Programmatic, SEO & App)
  • Drive incremental growth through digital media; build and scale digital media acquisition levers, managing technical tools, and implement testing programs
  • Serve as media expert, providing insight to media marketplace conditions and opportunities in the Digital space
  • Manage multiple Brands’ market/vendor budgets and deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data and reporting needs and develop actionable analytics to support organizational objectives
  • Manage team of 1+ Media and UA professionals

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree or related equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in digital marketing including experience with strategic planning against set KPIs.
  • 3+ years experience in agency management and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Ability to manage large complex cross-functional projects with internal and external partners
  • Experience using MarTech platforms and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, SnowflakeDB, SA360, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and LiveRamp)
  • Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Brand, Finance, and outside vendors
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to write succinct, strategic media presentations with minimal supervision required
