The NBA 2K Marketing Team is comprised of experienced and talented marketing professionals and an exceptional communications team working together and across the company to create memorable and innovative campaigns for NBA 2K’s latest offering.
What We Need:
The Sr. Marketing Manager will drive NBA 2K’s marketing strategy in the Americas and lead execution of integrated marketing efforts to launch & sustain NBA 2K products. The role will work with the Marketing Director to develop go to market plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure those plans are executed effectively.
What You Will Do:
- Work with Marketing Director to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and purchases for flagship products for the Americas – US, Canada and LATAM.
- Support Marketing Director in the management of marketing budgets
- Manage day to day relationship with Brand Partners including NBA Teams
- Contribute to channel marketing strategy and manage the day-to-day relationship with channel/sales.
- Liaise between media, channel and creative teams to build brand assets for paid media & retail campaigns.
- Contribute to Regional (Americas) go to market strategies, including athlete partnerships, creative campaign and brand design
- Collaborate with brand, communications and development teams to oversee consumer and media events. Contribute to event briefs, and manage event teams to ensure effective & on budget execution of brief
- Liaise with Commercial and Analytics teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each market
- Be a true expert on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and culture
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- 5+ years of marketing experience working for a consumer brand, on the brand, media and/or agency side
- Experience developing regional marketing strategies based on global brand framework
- Experience strategizing & executing retail marketing campaigns
- Above average knowledge of NBA & players
- Above average knowledge of videogames.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate into existing marketing team, and build trust and credibility with product development, commercial, and other internal & external partners
- Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them throughout to the end
