Ubisoft is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to help leverage data to make a meaningful impact with our media teams.
You will bring your expertise to provide advice during the initial planning stages of campaigns, measure and optimize results during execution, and lead critical post mortem analyses to improve future strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with marketing & media managers to create strategies and measure success of campaigns, channels and customer segments performance, ensuring objectives are being met
- Constantly seek ways to improve the accuracy or timeliness of campaign measurements
- Assess, implement and evangelize best practices in the organization
- Evaluate trends of online and offline campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization
- Contribute to the design and measurement of new tactics deemed appropriate in furthering brand and sales objectives
- Configure and implement cross channel analyses
- Partner with the business intelligence team to define the data roadmap for media data and make connections with other data
- Stay up to date on current data and technology developments and advertising industry trends
- Utilize statistical modeling techniques to transform raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights that ensure media efforts are effectively driving incremental engagement and conversion
- Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing various analytics tools and platforms
- Implement, maintain and improve media data collection and tracking processes
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), Master’s preferred
- 5+ years professional experience analyzing marketing or media data
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media required
- Knowledge of or experience using one or more of the following would be beneficial:
- Multi-channel attribution analyses
- Third party ad serving platforms, such as DoubleClick
- Ad platforms such as Facebook, YouTube AdWords, Double Click Bid Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
- Syndicated media data sources (iSpot, Kantar, ComScore)
- Web Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics)
- DMPs (Blue Kai, Adobe Audience Manager)
- Proven analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Media agency or ad tech experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Excel; programming experience and knowledge of R or Python a plus
