Our Cheshire Studio has an amazing opportunity for someone to come and lead our accomplished group of gameplay engineers and join the team responsible for the essential hit and fan favourite, Dirt 5. The team have been busy supporting the game with plenty of additional content including new game modes, tracks, vehicles and playgrounds and are now hard at work planning the next AAA project.

Reporting to the Technical Director, as a Senior Gameplay Manager you will lead a team of game engineers across a variety of specialisms including gameplay, AI, physics, while working with other teams working on the project. You will not solely be focussed on managing and you will have plenty of opportunity to get involved with the daily designing and implementation of code.

You will become a part of a huge international support network of very accomplished people. You'll have the chance to attend regular conventions and have other opportunities, such as Dev Days, to work with a diverse group of developers who are working for some of the most well-known and coveted studios, who are all passionate about making games.

Here's what we need you to do:

We are looking for someone that is highly proficient in C++. You will also need to have cross-platform and console experience, with excellent debugging and profiling skills.
