As the Senior Manager International Tax, you will own all international tax processes. You will partner with senior leadership on new legislation, industry developments, and action plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in M&As as it relates to international tax matters and support international tax planning, including tax modeling
- Supports US international tax compliance including US international tax forms, E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC, BEAT calculations, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate potential impact of tax legislation changes on the company and recommend proper course of action
- Manage international compliance calendar and local country tax matters, including tax filings
- Manage global transfer pricing policy and documentation
- Assist in the review/preparation of the international tax aspects of the quarterly and annual global tax provision
- Supervise tax-related services and outsourced tax-specific work product
- Manage international tax audits as needed
What We Value
- 15+ years of both corporate and public accounting experience
- Experience with GAAP Financial Accounting
- Extensive background and technical understanding of corporate tax, as well as taxation relating to international and M&A transactions
- Experience working with tax auditors in foreign jurisdictions to help drive an efficient and timely resolution to tax audits
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Strong project management and multitasking skills; organized and attentive to details
- CPA or JD (preferred)
