Senior Manager, FC Brand Management

FC Brand Management:
- You will be a Senior Brand Manager on the EA SPORTS FC Brand Management team. The Brand Management team partners with the Studio, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- You will guide the development of player-first business and brand strategies, built on consumer, product, commercial and marketplace insights.
- You will build long-term workstreams, which equip our teams to better deliver tomorrow’s products.
- You will operate as a touchpoint, ensuring all our teams are driving together towards a singular long-term vision.
- You will tackle new projects and opportunities, which expand the impact of the EA SPORTS FC Brand.
- Our measure of success is to build a history of positive brand equity with our fans which keeps them excited to play the current game and the games to come.
- Along with having interests in football, games, and business, you will have strategic and analytical capabilities, and experience overseeing workstreams. Responsibilities.
- Work with Studio, Commercial and Marketing to identify the goals and priorities for us, with a specific focus on the core FC experiences (Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs and VOLTA amongst others).
- Guide brand strategies, partnering with Studio, Commercial and Marketing to lead cross-discipline understanding.
- Be the direct partner with our Studio team in implementing long-term workstreams which will be the foundation of the FC brand across future titles.
- Work with analytics, consumer insights, and other partners to identify market opportunities and understand how to unlock them.
- Support the important Brand Management milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.
- Lead long-term Brand workstreams, which guides the business forward against important priorities.
You will report to the Brand Management Director and will be an important contributor to the Brand Management team based in Vancouver, Canada.Qualifications
- 7+ years product marketing or brand management experience.
- 5+ years of experience driving collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing to multiple consumer demographics, especially with football fans, is valued. Preference for working in a large football market.
- Experience partnering with a product development team to make insight informed decisions that satisfy prioritised consumer motivations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience.
- Have an interest in football (soccer) and EA SPORTS FC.
