We are now seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to support Senior Director Total Rewards in building global compensation strategy and processes of Pixel United while the business continues its rapid growth trajectory. This role will ensure delivery of end-to-end compensation processes and identify opportunities for design, standardization & enhancement of different compensation programs aligned with Aristocrat Leisure Ltd’s compensation philosophy.What you'll do
- Support Senior Director Total Rewards on building Pixel United’s global compensation strategy
- Facilitate key compensation projects such as salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning to sustain company’s ability to hire & retain best talent
- Liaising with subject matter experts within the broader People & Culture function (e.g. Recruitment, Learning and Development, Systems and Shared Services etc.) to provide consultancy and advice to our operating businesses
- Implementing new Reward & Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs
- Design operating business/country specific competitive compensation structures considering business priorities, market practices, local regulations
- Successful planning and execution of regular compensation cycles
- Provide ongoing support, training and counselling to global People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to create a common understanding of our compensation programs
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in digital or technology sectors highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in compensation projects such as job levelling, market analysis, variable compensation
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical, problem-solving, and compensation modelling skills
- Experience in M&A and acquisition integration is a plus

- Good communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and create significant credibility with business leaders
- Advanced ability to perceive and analyse problems and develop alternative strategies to solve them
- Ability to function well in a global, diverse and fast paced environment, across multiple time zones.
