Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Manager, CRM Product Management in San Mateo, CA to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) executional teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience defining and prioritizing software product feature roadmaps and globalizing regional Salesforce instances. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience identifying and structuring interdependencies on data, audience management, test design and reporting into cohesive requirements and Agile work plans; reporting on system health, new releases, and business usage; performing UAT and testing oversight, and planning and executing releases; troubleshooting and resolving incidents using Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies and Salesforce methodologies; provisioning, administering and maintaining marketing technology stacks on-premises and on the cloud (AWS); automating pre-processing, validations, file transfers and post processing of audience lists; building and deploying data pipelines for audience segmentation, campaign operations and analytics; and utilizing Marketing Data Warehouse and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enable faster time-to-market for testing, reporting and analytics.
