As Senior Live Operations Product Manager for Overwatch 2 you will help drive and grow a thriving free-to-play service for millions of players. You will leverage your analytical skills and experience to be a key part of identifying and executing toward opportunities with innovative solutions. You will be supported by one of the most talented and passionate teams in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive shop and battle pass offer optimization in partnership with Commercial team
- Perform data analysis to inform live service business tactics and strategy
- Collaborate with analytics team to perform deep dives in order to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate competitive analyses to highlight industry trends
- Advise and support seasonal events strategy
- Quickly identify, report, and guide resolution of live issues related to shop, battle pass, or events
- Develop content strategy to increase return on investment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working on a live service game, preferably in product management, analytics, or monetization
- Deep understanding of free-to-play business models
- Proven success gathering and interpreting data to drive improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
