Senior Live Operations Product Manager, Overwatch 2

Job Description:

As Senior Live Operations Product Manager for Overwatch 2 you will help drive and grow a thriving free-to-play service for millions of players. You will leverage your analytical skills and experience to be a key part of identifying and executing toward opportunities with innovative solutions. You will be supported by one of the most talented and passionate teams in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive shop and battle pass offer optimization in partnership with Commercial team
• Perform data analysis to inform live service business tactics and strategy
• Collaborate with analytics team to perform deep dives in order to identify trends and opportunities
• Generate competitive analyses to highlight industry trends
• Advise and support seasonal events strategy
• Quickly identify, report, and guide resolution of live issues related to shop, battle pass, or events
• Develop content strategy to increase return on investment
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working on a live service game, preferably in product management, analytics, or monetization
• Deep understanding of free-to-play business models
• Proven success gathering and interpreting data to drive improvements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders
