Senior Level Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active Senior Level Designer to join our busy Underdog studio and support driving CI Games Studios forward as we experience exponential growth.
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with exceptional attention to detail whilst delivering excellent customer service to those within the studio.
Responsibilities
- Managing the design of the levels through the full cycle of production from conception to finalization – Ownership of the level
- Conceptualizing, prototyping, building, scripting and tuning levels according to game vision
- Maintaining and balancing the readability, difficulty and pacing of levels
- Supporting the team with feedback on gameplay, shape and performance of all levels
- Working closely with Lead Level Designer on level feedback to ensure best quality and game vision
- Cooperating with Art, Narrative, VFX and Sound departments to ensure best quality of the levels
- Anticipating, identifying and articulating problem areas and developing preventative solutions
- Creating and maintaining clear level documentation
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in Level Design position
- Must have shipped a minimum of 2 titles (for PC and/or Consoles) one of them as a Level Designer
- Experience with visual scripting (Unreal, CryEngine, Other)
- Experience with Unreal Blueprint system is a plus
- Ability to manage their time and work within deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Open and creative mind, interest in games within same spectrum (Shooters)
- Proficiency in English
- Notions of Level Art and level set-dressing are a plus
- Availability during core working hours (10am - 4pm CET)
