Senior Level Designer (M/NB/W) - Unannouced project

Job Description
Reporting to the Lead Level Designer of a team of four level designers, you will be in charge of the world building part of one of our unannounced AAA projects, a first person shooter.
In this context, your main missions will be :
- Elaborate Level Design on the World of the project,
- Participate in the design of mechanics and prototype level design ingredients of the project,
- Collaborate with the various job families involved (game designers, technical artists, artists, narrative team ...),
- Work jointly with the Tech level design team to anticipate technical solutions adapted to the constraints of the game engine (in-house engine) and tools to support the design,
- Balance the content and debug,
- Validate the playability of the environment with the testers, Level Artists Gameplay Programmers and the creative team.
Qualifications
- You have a design degree and at least one successful experience on a game project (AA minimum) and have met all the production stages. Experience on a FPS game is a plus. Longer experience will also be valued.
- You will be autonomous on most of your subjects, which is why previous experience is necessary.
- You have a strong passion for design in general and enjoy working with other professions.
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- You have knowledge of the technical constraints of an engine.
- You have a broad videogame culture, especially on FPS games.
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
