Your Mission

Activision Central Tech is looking for a hands-on Experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team remotely, or in our offices in Vancouver, Canada or in Sherman Oaks, California. This team supports a variety of cloud and on-premises workloads and you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and increasing reliability within our on-prem and cloud architectures. You will work with our other internal and studio teams to analyze needs, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities :

• Support on-premise and cloud-based Perforce infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues with physical servers, vm’s, storage, and cloud services
• Use IaC and automation to produce scalable and repeatable infrastructure
• Help resolve scaling and stability issues
• Actively contribute to documentation repositories
• Design custom tools and scripts as necessary
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation

Role Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting Linux systems
• Familiarity with ActiveDirectory/LDAP management or enterprise authentication
• Basic networking (routes, security groups, firewall rules)
• Cloud computing experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Working knowledge of continuous integration platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
• Experience with automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, scaling (Kubernetes, Docker, KVM, etc.)
• Experience managing reproducible infrastructure, e.g., Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in monitoring/metrics systems (ElasticSearch/Prometheus/Grafana)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with the Perforce Server Deployment Package a plus
• Experience with large scale Perforce implementations including Swarm a big plus
