Senior Identity and Security Engineer

Unity is seeking a Senior Identity and Security Engineer with a strong background and understanding in Identity and Access Management technologies, such as lifecycle management and governance capabilities. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert, providing enterprise-wide perspective and thought leadership to mitigate IAM security risks. You will be responsible for the oversight, management, and execution of the IAM Security Strategy and Roadmap.
To be impactful in this position, you must possess an excellent understanding of information security concepts, protocols, tools and industry best practices as well as strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead and influence others in a growing enterprise environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop an IAM strategy plan and drive the implementation through aligning to standards (technical & compliance) and roadmap. Drive the development of security requirements across multiple products and platforms ensuring common designs, functionality, and integration with existing and future systems to align IAM with the business
- Interact with diverse technical staff and resources in multiple projects with cross-functional teams and business users through all IAM life-cycle phases in accordance with established direction and compliance standards
- Stay on top of emerging IAM industry standards and market forces to understand their impact and how they can be best leveraged within the organization and technology landscape. Evaluate new technologies that increase productivity, security, but reduce complexity
- Strong application of interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and grow business relationships, effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and possess deep technical expertise in all facets of Identity and Access Management
- Coach and mentor other IAM staff so that they can assess and translate IAM requirements from various sources into practical development plans
- Manage vendor relationships with IAM security service providers; and assists with developing requests for proposal
- Participate and assist in Security Incident Response activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience with IAM Engineering and designing access management solutions
- Hands-on implementation experience in areas such as Federation, SSO, LDAP/AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and MFA protocols
- Experience in IAM security architecture or IAM security engineering preferably applicable to cloud-hosted solutions, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Identity Management/Directory Services Technology, Active Directory, SAML, ADFS, Federation of Directories, Azure AD, Various Provisioning systems, SSO, LDAP, Privilege Access, Secrets Management
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts
- Experience with security technologies such as DLP, CASB, PAM, SIEM, Data Encryption, Vulnerability Management, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management end-to-end lifecycle, from HR driven processes (on/off-boarding, conversions, transfer) to IAM compliance and role management
Bonus points:
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow, IIQ)
- Experience with Okta
- Experience with Splunk (or SIEM)
- Experience with Compliance Audits (SOC, ISO, CSA, FedRamp, etc) and Enterprise Security
