IT Specialist II

Position: IT Systems Engineer

(Infrastructure Operations - Windows Server and Office365/Exchange Online)

Location: Hyderabad India

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated & experienced IT Engineer into a senior support role focused on the administration of Windows Server, Office 365 and Exchange hybrid. This position requires solid English communication skills, expert troubleshooting abilities, and the knack to uncover un-articulated information & needs.

This is a senior support position responsible for triaging and resolving escalated incidents from our support partners, fulfilling service requests, preparing the required documentation and performing changes and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth day to day operation of EA's computing environment.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a minimum of 8 years' experience working on Windows Server and Office365 in a large 24x7 enterprise environment
• Have held a position as a Sr team member/Technical SME
• Possess Deep technical experience with Microsoft windows server administration and supporting technologies: up to current version and be able to work with server core implementations.
• Be able to provide an advanced level of support for:
• DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, Windows Cluster, Certificate services, Group Policy administration, AD/LDAP and other enterprise services
• Possess an understanding of Firewalls, load balancers, VPN, MPLS, the TCP/IP protocol, and other enterprise network technologies.
• Have a complete understanding of security patching and vulnerability management on Windows servers
• Have an advanced level of experience as an Office365 exchange online administrator, and familiarity with Exchange server 2013 hybrid administration.
• Be able to support Azure AD connect and administration of Azure AD and MSOL identities.
• Demonstrate experience using PowerShell for administration, reporting, and automation of recurring tasks.
• Have proficiency with remote client management and monitoring software
• Strong knowledge in server Certificate management
• Be able to effectively research and do Root Cause Analysis
• Having good understanding of ITIL process (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
• Possess a high degree of self-motivation and a desire for continuous improvement
• Perform their duties ethically and with a strong focus on enterprise security.
• Should be a strong team player

Preference will be given to the candidate who has:

• Experience performing operational tasks in VMware 6.5+
• Knowledge of Dell and HP server hardware and their out-of-band interfaces.
• Ability to support SQL Services, Clustering, IIS
• Familiarity with Google G Suite, GCP or Amazon AWS
• Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems such as Okta and how they integrate between windows Active Directory and 3rd party applications.
• Having cloud knowledge is a strong value to the profile
• Having share point online knowledge is a plus
