Senior IT Engineer

PUBG Corp is seeking a Senior IT Engineer who will be full-time in our Santa Monica, California location. The Senior IT Engineer will be a key player in the smooth running of our computer systems and the management of IT related projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant and help employees understand and fully utilize available technology to resolve problems
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Identify and implement possible improvements to our processes and procedures
• Act as a Project Manager for all IT related projects that come up
• Utilize PM software, track budgets, and facilitate communication to ensure timely and successful completion of IT projects
• Assist with the technical operation of esports events

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• 5+ years of experience working in an IT support related role
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• Will be working with both local and Korean team members so hours may vary depending upon the need of the office
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Knowledge of OS X preferred
• Experience in handing projects for various scales and keeping them on track
• Experience with Powershell preferred
• Interest in PUBG and PUBG esports preferred
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs and the pushing and pulling of carts if necessary
