In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented
Senior IT Administrator – Technical Support (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Provide highest-quality technical support for our external partners, including support during virtual customer meetings
- Proactively approach employees to offer support for upcoming customer meetings
- Setting up, configurating, and shipping VR/AR equipment and hardware systems to our customers and partners
- Keep track of our asset inventory using our Asset Management software
- Ensure the availability and functionality of all customer systems
- Support the expansion of the technical support team in India and the USA
- Occasionally join on-site customer meetings or fairs
Your profile:
- Customer-oriented and proactive personality with very good communication skills
- Relevant education and/or experience with Information Technology
- Experience in technical support, ideally with external clients
- Profound experience with the set up and maintenance of hardware
- Experience in working with common programs such as: Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Confluence, Aircall
- Fluent verbal and written English skills are required, German skills would be a plus
- Experience with network technology, Jira, or VR / AR hard- and software would be a plus
