Senior II Product Manager

• Deliver key p ublishing features and enhancements to existing systems, owning the product lifecycle while working closely with partners across all of Blizzard.
• As a product manager, ensure product s you own address business needs and add business value .
• Balance competing requirements and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Author critical product management specifications, roadmaps, and related deliverables.
• Own and drive internal and external relationships with key partners.

• Manage title publishing pipeline to serve dozens of game title s publishing each year, improving the scalability and new game on-boarding experience .
• Act as the evangelist for game publishing product strategy.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks on a resource constrained team, but amazingly still able to achieve the team’s goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager .
• Strong product management skills: product sense, execution, success goals measurement and metrics.
• Possess a technical competence to understand architecture .
• Experience working with design and developers to build products and features .
• Ability understand and improve products and user difficulties, despite the lack of proper tech documentation.
• Ability to run queries in order to identify meaningful data and track critical metrics.
• Experience working in a server / service development environment .
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English .

• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration .
• Self-motivated with strong initiative .
• Able to succeed in a chaotic and ambiguous environment .
• Real passion for Blizzard games .
