The Role
We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager for the Onboarding and Integration of new studios, to welcome newly forming teams into our people-centric culture of Trust, Respect, Approachability, and Accountability. This role will support new teams in developing their organizational plans and onboarding experiences. In partnership with the Studio Head, they will drive the development of staffing plans, build job descriptions, and mentor team members. This person will also facilitate the integration of new teams into the processes and practices of our shared service model by ensuring the right relationships are established.
This role reports to the Director of HR Business Partnerships and sits within Human Resources, responsible for employee experiences, team development, and supporting our people-centric culture.

What You Will Do
- As an experienced team builder, you will facilitate the process for new game development teams to build staffing plans, determine role definitions and write job descriptions.
- Introduce new workflow processes and organizational design best practices into the PMs shared service processes and studios.
- Manage the flow of communication between stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities and healthy relationships.
- Once the product is greenlit, you will support the transition of the team into the next phase of the development cycle.
- You will partner with many HR and operations teams at any given time.
Qualifications
- Human Resources leadership and management experience.
- Organizational design experience.
- You are biased towards action and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- You are a successful team builder.
- You can summarize complex problems and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
- Game Industry experience preferred.
- Early-stage start-up experience is a plus.
- Onsite preferred in Bellevue, WA but open to hybrid and remote
