We are looking for a talented Senior Workday Analyst to join our team!

Working within the Human Resources Technology team, the successful candidate will provide technical expertise to our Human Resources Partners and their customers. This may include but is not limited to analyzing Workday business process design and workflow, improving existing or new processes and leveraging the return on technological capabilities.
This position will be assigned functional areas and will assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows, dashboard preparation and identification of operational or process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end user by providing troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and critical issue management.
- Responsible for HR system configuration including business process/workflow setup and modification, testing and security as determined by business requirements
- Provides production support, including researching issues and business process workflows
- Performs Workday system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades, fixes and adopted functionality
- Builds Workday reports including advanced reports, matrix reports and dashboards
- Conducts training including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Trains clients on new processes/functionality and new system users
- Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas
- Update benefit plans, absence plans, periodic schedules, Holiday calendars, work schedules and update existing reports for the various modules as required
- Work closely with HR team, business partners and technical teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, conduct testing, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful release and adoption
- Troubleshoot, validate and modify HR System integrations to external vendors or other parties.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday and HR Technology with a focus on product, delivery, and support
- Fulfil Ad Hoc system enhancements, project and reporting support requests
- Facilitate clear and concise status updates including direct communications with HR Technology team, HR Partners, Executive Management, project sponsors and steering committees
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years Workday experience working on a HRIS Team
- Expert level proficiency in Workday Payroll Modules and Time Tracking or Absence Module experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
- Organized, detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and technical skills
- Ability to present data in a polished, professional form (e.g., executive dashboards)
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots, macros, etc.) skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision, but also enjoy working as part of a global team
- Ability to handle multiple projects, shifting priorities
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
- Organized and able to prioritize to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Ability to work well in a demanding, changing and fast-paced environment
