Senior HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned HR professionals to join Virtual Realms, a successful game development company based in Bangkok, that develops top quality online MMORPG games for the global market.

The first-ever Warhammer Fantasy MMORPG on mobile has been developed and launched by us: Warhammer Odyssey. Additionally, we are working on a brand-new exciting project bringing MMORPGs to NFT so that players and our teams can play to earn, enjoy and own.

We are currently growing the team, focusing on building a team with the highest quality motivated people and creating a work environment in which they can thrive.

As our Senior HR Manager, you will take responsibility for all HR matters across the company, including recruitment, performance evaluations, salary and benefit reviews, and disciplinary actions. You'll also be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining recruitment processes and HR systems in order to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop full life cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing high-quality candidates and building talent pools
  • Manage Employee Branding strategies that will contribute to improving recruitment activities.
  • Plan and manage performance reviews, talent development, and employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Develop, manage, and maintain company structures, including the structure of teams to meet business needs
  • Provide effective communication of various Human Resources policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Promote company culture across all departments.
  • Collaborate with managers to assess, develop, and deliver employee training presentations on interviewing skills, performance reviews, job training, management training, and other areas as needed.
  • Manage sensitive documents and information about the company and the candidate with integrity
  • Assessing and understanding HR trends and adjusting HR strategies as needed
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 7+ years of corporate recruiting and HR Generalist experience, preferably in a tech related industry
  • Experience with working with fast paced teams
  • Strong organizational, project management and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in change management, stakeholder management and problem solving
