Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Generalist to work with the HR Manager in order to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Duties for the Senior HR Generalist will include aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee training and development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, maintaining staff relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Onboard and integrate new employee into the Studio according to Keywords culture and policies
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Apply Company and HR Strategy developing training and development projects
- Identify training needs
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Oversee recruitment needs
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Elaborate and analyze metrics and trends in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements
Skills & Experience Required

Technical Skills
Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree
At least 5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in multinational companies working in services
Proven experience in training and development projects in multinational companies
Good understanding of business functions
Advanced knowledge of local employment law (Italy)
Italian mother tongue
Excellent English both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of Office (Excel in particular)
