Senior Game Designer (M/F/X)

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Game Designer who is looking to leave their mark on the mobile gaming industry. The right fit has a hard-headed approach to games, mechanics and a constant itch to create the next hit. Your Tasks:
- Rapidly create and iterate mobile game concepts: Ideate, pitch and execute your ideas with our industry leading framework that ensures you can focus on what you do best. Design games.
- Innovate on design trends and the cultural zeitgeist: The rapid and dynamic life cycles of the Hypercasual genre are a unique opportunity to tap into your Players’ ludological tendencies.
- Analyze and turn ideas & features into game mechanics: Hypercasual is always evolving and we want you to be at the forefront of its design. Using your design acumen and our data validation to take your ideas further, faster.
- Own all aspects of the game: We believe strongly in ownership of your own ideas. Learn directly from your players and our in-house knowledge gained from years of experience and data.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure fast and solid execution: Work with Engineering, fellow designers, BI and Data Scientists to push yourself and your colleagues to new heights of success.
Your Profile:
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a game designer
- Demonstrable awareness of mobile game design trends
- Deep understanding of Player behaviour and motivations
- Experience building and deconstructing game design and game economies
- Commitment to quality with on time execution
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers and peers when needed
- Strong Communication skills; verbal and written

- Experience with Unity
