UX Designer, Cross-platform Multiplayer

THE JOB:

If you're an experienced UX designed with the passion to work on a new mobile/PC multiplayer title for one of the worlds most popular franchises, we want to hear from you! On this epic adventure, you'll leverage player insights and motivations to design intuitive and engaging interactions for an upcoming immersive, cross platform, action packed, multiplayer game, that takes physics based gaming to the next level.

YOUR MISSION:

• Play a UX design role on a world class cross-platform free-to-play PvP action game
• Create empathy maps, player journeys, feature flows, wireframes, click-through prototypes, and more
• Use UX insights to create delightful player experiences through careful crafting of micro-interactions
• Leverage heuristics and expert knowledge to identify and resolve usability issues
• Write actionable, engaging, and intuitive microcopy
• Use iteration, combined with qualitative and quantitative player data, to refine your work
• Actively play games and engage with player communities
• Be a champion for UX interaction design by sharing knowledge and mentoring

YOUR SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, or equivalent background
• Post-secondary degree or certificate in UX design, or equivalent background
• Expert knowledge of interaction design fundamentals
• Hands on experience applying user centered design process, usability heuristics, and gestalt principles
• Ability to create complex feature flows and click-through wireframes prototypes
• Hands on experience designing UX for mobile and PC platforms
• Game industry experience, including work on FTUEs and feature tutorials
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
• Solid UI and graphic design skills are a plus
• Experience creating menu-lite experiences for mobile is a plus
