Senior Game Artist Casual Games (M/F)

Having outperformed in the competitive casual gaming market, Voodoo wants to explore different kind of games. You will join one the two Paris production teams where you will work to find the next hit trend and make extremely ambitious games.

You will be responsible of the creation and integration of all artistic aspects of the games made by the team. Working closely with another artist, a game designer and four developers.

You will be part of a small and high performing team where ownership and delivery are the core values. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills while delivering great mobile games.

Challenges

• Create unique yet universal artistic universes in mobile games
• Creating and integrating 3D and 2D assets (Props, Environments, Characters, Textures etc...)
• Ability to deconstruct and analyse mobile games mechanics
• Work on all aspects of the game (game interface, mockups, icons, optimized assets and animations)
• Improve the knowledge of the team and therefore of the company by constant and productive communication with the rest of the team
• Be able to bring new game ideas and features
• Be able to develop your mobile sensitivity

Must have

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience as a game artist in mobile gaming
• You are passionate about hyper casual, casual and midcore mobile games
• You are passionate about finding art trends, gameplay and game mechanics
• You master unity engine
• You have excellent skills in creative clouds : photoshop, illustrator, after effects
• You have experience in 3D softwares such as MAYA or BLENDER
• You can work independently with minimum supervision
• You are able contribute with additional skills (i.e. concepting, rigging, etc.)
• You speak and write English perfectly

Nice to have

• You know basic of game design
• A track record with successful mobile games

Competitive salary + Free shares + Performance Bonus + Company Profit Sharing + 50%

Transportation costs

Contract : permanent contract, one remote day per week
