As a Sr Game Analyst on The Sims 4, you’ll be handed the keys to massive volumes of player behavioral data and responsible for unearthing insights that meaningfully inform the development of our games. You will report to the Manager of Analytics.

You will work with team leaders from our Product Management, Engineering, Production, Game Design, User Experience and Data Products team, supporting the Sims 4 throughout its entire life-cycle. From pre-launch informing to post-launch measurement and recommendation, you will have a significant influence on the game.

You’ll be working with a large but tight-knit studio of enthusiastic industry craftspeople from all walks of life and a variety of different locations around the world. You’ll also join a group of experienced analysts and data scientists as a member of the embedded-and-dedicated Data and Analytics(DnA) team.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
