As a Full Stack Web Engineer - you will easily transition from front-end UI development to server-side development including data modeling and caching. You should feel comfortable building UIs to a design spec and developing low latency, high throughput APIs for our platform. Your role will be high impact and will directly affect our tens of millions of monthly users. If you are an experienced engineer who is passionate about building outstanding features in a data-driven environment, you'll be right at home on the growth team. This position reports to the Engineering Manager of the Growth Team.

You Are:

Motivated, with a development track record and 5+ years shipping high complexity code
Passionate about building outstanding user experiences with working experience with Angular and React.
Comfortable with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Knowledgeable about server-side architecture/design and compiled languages such as C#, Java, C++, or others
Expert in common web application security issues
Focused on writing clear, readable, testable, and monitored code

Develop and test user experiences that improve acquisition and increase engagement on the platform
Build features that will be seen by millions of users
Shape the next generation of patterns and technologies used at Roblox
Own writing unit and integration tests
Resolve performance issues
Participate in building the world's best user generated gaming platform
