As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Account Security pod, you will help us to improve the Roblox experience by guiding users to secure their accounts. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can help us build features to prevent, detect, and mitigate account compromise. Account Security protects all types of Roblox users, from experienced developers to users accessing the internet for the first time. If you are an engineer who is passionate about solving hard problems, helping users, and building features on a global, scalable platform, the Account Security team might be the perfect fit. You will report to the Engineering Manager of the Account Security Pod within the Account Integrity Team.
You Are:
- A full stack engineer with 3+ years of working experience
- Familiar with building scalable distributed systems
- Experienced with compiled languages such as Golang, C#, or Java
- Working knowledge of REST or gRPC APIs
- Focused on writing clear, documented, testable, and monitored code
- A collaborative team member
You Will:
- Have an interest in account security or bot mitigation
- Have experience with data pipelines and ETL
- Have experience with UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Have experience in iOS or Android development
