About the Role

The Commerce Finance team, part of Twitch's Financial Planning and Analysis organization, partners with Twitch's commerce product groups to drive financial decisions and deliver insights. In this role, you will be responsible for providing visibility into Twitch's financial performance and strategic initiatives. You will develop a deep understanding of our business to create recommendations that will impact our company trajectory.

This position must be based in San Francisco, CA (relocation available).

You Will:

• Drive primary financial models and forecasts related to revenue, transactions, payments, and other products
• Deliver clear analyses to senior management and translate those findings into strategic recommendations that enable the company to meet its monthly, quarterly and annual targets as well as special initiatives
• Collaborate with different groups to dive into drivers of the business, including sales pipeline, customer retention, product attach
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators , highlighting trends and explaining the causes of unexpected variances
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other quantitative major highly preferred
• 4+ years in finance/accounting, banking, or consulting
• Proficiency with SQL
• Distinctive quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities (e.g., Excel modeling, issue prioritization , strategic framing)
• Ability to move quickly through vast amounts of data and make relevant decisions
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision ; highly organized
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work well with team members
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects without compromising work quality

Bonus Points

• Proficiency with Tableau
• Prior experience working in technology and / or online advertising
• Interest in gaming / knowledge of the industry is a plus
