Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Call of Duty Live Ops
Reporting To: Manager, Call of Duty Live Ops

Your Mission
Activision is seeking a highly motivated and financially minded individual to join the Call of Duty Finance team to help drive the franchise with a specific focus on in-game live operations across Call of Duty’s mobile titles. This role is centered around projecting and managing the day-to-day performance of our mobile player counts and key monetization systems such as the Battle Pass, Lucky Draws, Bundles and more. This is a dynamic role which will collaborate and be a key partner across our finance, strategy, product management, commercial, and analytics organizations.
- Perform engagement & monetization analysis identifying trends in our player base and in-game store to help inform and shape the product strategy for Call of Duty
- Partner with the Call of Duty finance leaders to drive Live Seasons and play a vital role in the delivery of updates to Activision leadership
- Create ad-hoc analysis & collaborate with product, commercial, and marketing leadership to inform business decisions
- Contribute to live Season go-to-market plans and business unit performance updates
- Support forecasting process (annual, in-year, long range) in partnership with other COD Franchise Finance team members
- Help with other mobile-centric projects and initiatives that arise in this fast paced, ever-changing industry

Player Profile
The key qualifications for the role include:
- 2-4 years of experience, ideally in investment banking, equity research, or revenue management within a similar industry
- Robust financial modeling, ideally with a history in consumer internet/entertainment
- History of cross functional work with strong relationship management & collaboration
- Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to communicate complex concepts at a high level
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Interest in video games or entertainment
