Job Summary
As an integral part of the Finance team, this role provides an opportunity to engage in financial management, transforming finance process, and supporting business decisions. This role also provides great exposure to leadership team. The ideal candidate is a team player who has strong ability and interest in analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and streamline operations, meanwhile, with attention to details.
Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Job Responsibilities include but not limit to:
- Assist with budget, forecast and actuals for subsidiaries. Perform variance analysis and identify key business reasons for fluctuations
- Monitor departmental spending versus budget by highlighting material variances using system generated detail and trend reports
- Work with accounting team during month end closing to ensure proper accounting accruals, prepare flux analysis, and provide feedback
- Assist with inquiry, reporting and data collection requests from headquarter
- Assist with implementation of Adaptive finance system
- Support Head Quarter reporting and analysis on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years relevant experience in a finance or FP&A role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is essential
- Net Suite and Adaptive experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and modeling skills with ability to troubleshoot and understand large amount of data
- Detail oriented and results driven, and ability to deliver work results accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and desire to work collaboratively with team members
