The Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to keep business operations organized, on track and moving forward. Reporting to the Chief of Staff/Director of Business Operations, you will be the bridge between the CEO’s office and the rest of the organization, embodying the company culture & values, and help drive organizational priorities.

What You Will Do
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar with attention to promoting productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives.
- Provide high level administrative support to senior leaders and stakeholders, including heavy calendar management and meeting management.
- Participate in leadership and cross-functional meetings. Create agendas, take, and distribute minutes, track decisions and drive action items.
- Develop complex presentations using PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere with material sourced from multiple stakeholders.
- Project management of some leadership team initiatives, including facilitating collaboration, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met, and working with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Manage highly sensitive and confidential information and exercise discretion.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience supporting senior executive teams.
- Proven track record of supporting senior-level executives and working with cross-functional teams across complex organizations to drive results.
- Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills, both written and oral, the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently with initiative, discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to build trust, confidence, respect and effective working relationships among individuals at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders and business partners.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products: MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of SharePoint or Visio is a plus.
- An excellent sense of humor and high tolerance for ambiguity amid shifting priorities.
