We're looking for a talented and passionate Engineering Manager to join Wildlife's Platform team.
As an Engineering Manager for the Platform team at Wildlife, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented engineers, ensuring the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and high-availability backend applications

What you'll do
- People Management: Proven experience on guiding people's career, dealing with conflicts, and nurturing a health environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a squad of engineers in the creation and maintenance of monetization tools. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Set clear goals, define priorities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, game designers, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and user experience.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of backend application design, coding, and architecture to guide the team in delivering reliable, scalable, and high-availability solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in people management, with a strong track record of leading and developing engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building high-availability, scalable, and reliable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality software.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with mobile game development, specifically Unity and C#.
- Deep expertise in designing, coding, and maintaining backend applications, particularly using Go (Golang).
- Understanding of the gaming industry.
- Passion for mobile gaming
