As an Senior Engineering Manager at Riot, you possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills that allow you to build a highly functioning engineering team. You don't shy away from getting in the weeds and have a breadth of experience in both organizational design and infrastructure. You will also coach, mentor, and lead a wide range of engineers and will be tasked with performance management while fostering growth opportunities.

As an Senior Engineering Manager within the Infrastructure Platform (IP), you will apply your expertise to drive the technical vision and direction of various infrastructure products, whether that be managing our physical or cloud servers, optimizing Riot’s container engine, or improving core services. As a mentor and a coach for your teams, you will oversee performance management, growth opportunities, and accountability for a group of Infrastructure, Systems, and Network engineers.

This is a multi-team leadership position and reports to the Initiative Engineering Leader of Infrastructure Platform.
