Senior Engagement Design Director

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Design Director to drive the long-term vision for engagement related features by leading a cross-location team of designers in a multi-product environment. This means setting direction and overseeing implementation of features related to Economy, Progression and Social.

You have experience leading in complex product and team environments, and a good understanding of the AAA development cycle, including live services. In leading the team you will be inclusive in your attitude while coaching your team to success. You also make sure that they have a healthy work/life balance and an opportunity to shine in their areas.

Responsibilities:

• Drive long-term Direction for Progression, Economy and Social related features in line with overall game vision
• Communication of vision, design, constraints and concerns for your area
• Enhance the collaborative process and structure within and outside the team
• Coach and develop the team members

Qualifications:

• At least one shipped title in a design leadership role
• At least one shipped multiplayer title as a designer working within any of the key responsibility areas (Progression, Economy and Social)
• Live Service experience in a design leadership role
• Several years of games industry experience
