XSOLLA HOLDING COMPANY is seeking to hire a senior director of business development with the following qualifications.
Position: Senior Director of Business Development
Job Location: 15260 Ventura Blvd., Suite 2230, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403
Job Duties:
- Plan and direct strategy to secure business and close deals
- Approve and assist with negotiating strategic deals with developers and partners to increase Xsollas presence in assigned markets
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to develop business
- Analyze key partner metrics to understand the health of developers’ business
- Based on the metrics, direct the business development team on any necessary changes
- Ensure clients success by interfacing closely with your reports and other departments
- Provide the business development team with feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to support the team members growth in expertise and skills
- Assist with a variety of projects as business needs dictates
- Serve as a conduit of information from corporate to the field
- Navigate shifts and trends to develop plans for a successful future
- Demonstrate everyday leadership by sharing accomplishments as a team and inspiring team members to strive for the best
- Manage the team members, creating and tracking OKR & Metrics and deliverables for the team
- Research regional areas and report to key stake.
* Traveling will be required in order to perform the duties above.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration or Economics, 60 Months of Experience in Online Gaming Business Development and Communication Skills
Rate of Pay: $164,029/YR (Full-Time)
