What You'll Do
Epic is looking for a Senior Creator Success Manager to connect creators with best practices, insights, and programs to accelerate their success within Fortnite. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Creator in UEFN or Fortnite Creative and a passion for connecting with people and helping them grow through strong professional relationships.
In this role, you will
- Help shape and execute the vision for supporting our most engaged creators on the platform
- Advocate for creator needs with internal teams by becoming an expert in creator experience on the platform
- Directly manage a subset of strategic accounts
- Collaborate with the Creator Relations and Product teams to leverage creator feedback to inform Fortnite Creative and UEFN Roadmaps
- Adopt and develop new operational processes; Document and communicate best practices
- Get hands on with creators and teams to solve problems, design solutions, and understand bugs
- Lead and mentor a small team, with opportunity for growing the team in the future
What we're looking for
- Experience leading and growing small teams
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, hospitality, or other disciplines with strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of problem-solving and works proactively to improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to do the right thing, ability to prioritize, and taking calculated risks to create maximum impact
- You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do
- Passion for gaming and the gaming community
- Previously published creator in any video game ecosystem (bonus points if its Fortnite Creative)
