Job Description:

We're excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) in our dynamic Consumer Marketing team at King!

If you're passionate about games and consumer insights, we want you to help us take Candy Crush Saga to the next level.

As a key player on our team, you'll design and implement innovative consumer research programs, providing valuable, insight-driven guidance. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with the consumer marketing team to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Impactful Insights: Deliver insights that empower the consumer marketing team to create high-impact activations.

Manage Research Community: Leverage and manage an online community panel of players for ongoing research.

Insight Consulting: Partner with stakeholders to formulate an insights agenda for Product and Brand Marketing.

Design Studies: Create, design, and deliver mixed methodology studies, ensuring efficient and effective use of the right methodologies.

Share Learnings: Ensure key learnings are shared across studios and departments.

Summarize Recommendations: Create top-line outputs for senior management, summarizing key recommendations.

Collaborate with Analytics: Work with analytics teams to incorporate behavioral data and research, enhancing our understanding of player habits.

Innovate Methodologies: Seek, test, and adopt new research methodologies to enhance the Player Insights team.

Proactive Thought Leadership: Develop thought pieces based on existing insights and identify areas for further research and growth opportunities.

Prioritize Strategically: Prioritize tasks according to strategic value to King.

Engage Stakeholders: Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.

Lead and Grow: Contribute to the development and growth of the Player Insights team as a key leader.

Skills to Create Thrills:

Global Experience: Relevant global experience in Consumer Insights with a strong grasp of product development, brand positioning, and marketing effectiveness.

Collaborative approach: Comfortable working and communicating in a geographically, culturally diverse and international business

Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business and with external agencies.

Quantitative Expertise: Significant quantitative experience and a strong consultative approach to consumer research.

Research Proficiency: Proficiency in all aspects of the research life-cycle, including briefing, recruitment, design, analysis, synthesis, and communication of insights.

Data-Driven Mindset: Experience working in a data-driven environment.

Excel Mastery: High-level competency with Microsoft Excel.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a high-reaching mindset.

Multitasking Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor.

Gaming Enthusiast: Passionate about playing a range of mobile games.
