Day in the life of a Senior Commercial Analyst:

As our Senior Commercial Analyst, you'll lead forecasting efforts for greenlight, new releases, and our existing catalogue. You'll meticulously manage Secret Mode's revenue, tracking performance against targets and crafting insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations to measure project progress. You will engage in in-depth sales and market analysis, leveraging external research to drive strategic initiatives, playing a pivotal role in creating comprehensive reports and presentation decks to showcase project progress and consolidate results for Leadership review. Part of this role will also be to collaborate with the wider Commercial team, shaping promotional cadences and timelines across all services, and delivering impactful promotion results with actionable insights.

Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington on a weekly basis.
What you need to do this job:

• Experience similar role; games industry experience essential.

• A strong passion for video games and the games industry is a must.

• Experience with business analysis and data modelling techniques.

• Strong Excel, analytical and data visualisation skills with the ability to present results in a succinct manner.

• SQL knowledge is desirable but not essential.

• Promotion knowledge of gaming services preferred.

• Demonstrable experience of using data sets to deliver insights and value and solve business problems in a commercial environment.

The Interview Process:

At Secret Mode we take a holistic and engaging interview process that allows us to get to know you, your skills and your potential. For our Senior Commercial Analyst role, we have a 3 stage interview process:

1st Stage: 30 minutes with our Publishing Director! This is an introduction to Secret Mode and expectations of the role. We will also ask you some questions about your experience.

2nd Stage: 30 minutes with our Publishing Commercial Director, VP of Publishing and VP of Publishing Strategy. Here we will talk with you about your experience, our expectations in the role and ask some competency based questions. There will of course also be opportunities for you to ask questions!

3rd Stage: 30 minute Coffee Chat with your potential teammate!
