If you love videogames of all types, have direct experience with CRM, the validated ability to lead large scale strategic marketing projects from concept to execution, and report on key KPIs, then this is the job for you!

Contract type: 6- month FTC

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

We are looking for an exceptional CRM specialist with experience in delivering best in class CRM campaigns using segmentation, personalization techniques. You will have experience leading and coordinating multi- channel strategic projects across several channels. Our CRM team support all areas in Candy Crush Saga, most strategic initiatives and develop engaging Lifecycle communications. You will work within the Consumer Marketing team to deliver and optimize a world- class experience to our players by briefing, operating and monitoring messaging campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.

As a CRM Specialist, you’re the point of contact for operating campaigns. As such, you’re able to build recommendations, plans and execute best- in- class campaigns.

You’ll have an appreciation of what content works well with your players and how the quality of content and correct targeting can help increase the playing experience and build loyalty. You are player centric and think first through the eyes of the players you are connecting with.
