Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo’s unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.
Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will play a key role in the creation of our real-money gaming platform by leading the global CRM strategy.
- Setting up proactive communication to users across all channels (push, emails, SMS, in-app messages)
- Optimizing for users deposits
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Manage special events, competitions, and promotions for existing users
- Monitor relationships with existing users through CRM systems
- Own our CRM suite (integration, optimization, evolution)
- Track marketing metrics and trends
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
Profile
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager (4+ years experience)
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (initial briefs, editorial and creative services, targeting, and data selection)
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Braze CRM suite, is a plus
- Experience in the Gaming industry, is a plus
- Experience in the Gambling industry, is a plus
