Senior Business Operations Manager

Zynga is looking for an outstanding Senior Producer of Studio Operations, who is results-oriented, organized, self-aware, and passionate about joining a world-class Studio Operations team! The candidate must be able to multitask while effectively displaying ownership of high-priority assignments, as well as meticulously follow through on business necessities. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business plans, reports, and driving forward key strategic initiatives on a company level. Responsibilities

• Partners with company leadership to build processes and plans that allow teams to efficiently produce a positive result on time and on budget
• Working with partner teams, defines the operational properties of project/program development, including processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, resource management and budgets
• Builds and maintains schedules to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Works with stakeholders and leads to evaluate change requests, the costs/benefits of the changes and impact on schedules and acquire approvals for agreed changes
• Works collaboratively with key stakeholders on defining and refining the overall roadmap, the vital milestones and delivery timing
• Provides regular status reporting on deliveries, identifying any potential risks with proposed solutions, and communicates this clearly on a routine basis to key partners
• Collaborates with organizational stakeholders in driving key initiatives, facilitating communication between various leadership teams, short/long term planning and managing strike teams as needed

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years production experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production role
• Must have shipped at least 3 games
• Must have experience managing live operations across multiple publishing platforms (e.g. ios, android, Xbox, PlayStation, amazon, etc.)
• Must have a proven track record of managing successful large scale cross-platform projects (e.g mobile, console, PC)
• Demonstrates outstanding organization, communication, and management skills
• Experience delivering reports to high-level managers and executives
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM development with hard deadlines
• Proven track record to work effectively under pressure
• Experience managing multi-discipline/cross functional teams (e.g game teams, marketing, finance, qa, legal, etc.)
• Must be self-directed, detail oriented and a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute on a company level
• Possess a forward thinking approach to anticipate and solve problems before they develop
• Operates with integrity when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
• Thrives in ambiguity and drives towards clarity
