Senior Business Analyst

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).
We are looking for an experienced and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Quality, Verification, and Standards organization (QVS). You will work with different game teams and senior leadership to analyze needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that move our efficiency forward. You will be part of a global Business Analytics Team within QVS, reporting to an Expert Analyst and will help shape our business strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- You will lead important projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- You will conduct comprehensive analysis to business problems, identifying areas for improvement, develop business cases, and propose solutions.
- You will develop and present data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making to senior leaders within our organization.
- You will create detailed documentation, including business process diagrams, project plans, and reports.
- You will facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity and problem-solving.
- You will develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
- You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience performing all aspects of management advisory activities and enterprise level analysis (this is NOT a business systems analyst or data analyst position)
- You can successfully navigate a complex business environment with multiple stakeholders and establish structure and coherence to business problems
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills, making complex information easy to consume for a diverse audience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience in applying them.
- Comfortable working as part of an international team that spans across multiple time zones
