Senior Brand Manager

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be part of developing world-class entertainment brands, IP, and marketing strategies for the games we make so they can meet a global audience. You will act as an internal and external champion of our products, ensuring all other areas of Marketing and Communications are well-informed. As part of a small, dynamic team based in our Finnish studio, you will embrace a proactive attitude, driving operational and strategic projects with the same enthusiasm.

What you get to do

• Develop the brand proposition and identity for selected products, with an emphasis on authenticity and marketability in collaboration with key publishing and game stakeholders.
• Translate consumer research, market knowledge, and platform best practices into actionable recommendations affecting strategic product and franchise decisions.
• Drive the foundation, evolution, and execution of Go-to-Market plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet and exceed campaign goals.
• Drive SKU planning and influence post-launch content and delivery to boost conversion and value proposition for consumers.
• Leverage sales cycle opportunities to optimize long-tail potential.
• Find and establish external partnerships that are great brand-fit and capable of engaging relevant audiences in new ways.
• Plan, track and produce marketing deliverables, including asset requests and campaign activities.

What you bring to the role

• You have previous experience as a Senior Brand Manager or from a similar senior global brand management role within the game industry, including bringing a product to the market for a global audience.
• You have a strong understanding of the PC/Console markets, trends, and audiences. Experience publishing products on PC and consoles and understanding the platform ecosystems is a plus.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate constructively with various senior stakeholders.
• You are used to working with a combination of analytical and creative skills, with the capacity to reconcile game creative visions with market data and user feedback to help the wider team make strategic-based decisions.
• You can propose imaginative marketing strategies and campaign activations.
• You thrive working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and learning from others. You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments, and you are able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear and coherent way. As a team member, you are dedicated contributing towards a friendly and inclusive work environment.
• You can also work independently, being organized and able to document your work.
