Keywords Studios looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist. Reporting to the Regional Health & Wellness manager the Senior Benefits Specialist - M&A will be involved in the due diligence; program(s) comparative analysis; integration/migration phases of our acquisition opportunities. In addition, this role will also be involved in benefits renewal/marketing evaluation with our benefits brokers/vendors and applicable plan/vendor implementation processes.

- A Clear Communicator: You know how to put it all down in words that can be understood by all levels, including complex benefits jargon.
Responsibilities
- Benefit Plan Renewals/Marketing:
- Prepare annual member level census
- Prepare renewal/marketing presentation ‘supporting’ summary documents/collateral
- Lead implementation efforts for new vendors/plans (when applicable)
- Lead annual renewal data update(s) for BenAdmin system, payroll, finance
- Assist with internal renewal communication campaign to Mgmt/Staff
- M&A:
- Due Diligence benefits comparative review/recommendations
- Participate in applicable Q&A discussions
- As applicable, work with or broker/plan administrators to develop ‘temp’ plans to mirror ones that would terminate for M&A integrating staff
- New Studio:
- Involved in all benefits related integration/migration activities. Would include side by side plan comparisons, Integrating employee education, BenAdmin/Insurance Carrier/Internal setup protocols
Requirements
- 4+ years of prior benefits or finance experience for a national employer
- Proven Mergers & Acquisition experience (including Due Diligence review; Integration; Migration)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
A plus:
- Prior experience with Bswift, NetSuite, Dayforce, ADP systems
- Experience with benefits administration software

The salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and varies per state. The base for this position is between $80,000 - 95,000.
